Challenges
Building Motor 360 required navigating complex technical integrations, diverse user needs, and intricate insurance workflows. The platform needed to consolidate data from multiple sources, serve users at different journey stages, maintain reliability across third-party dependencies, and translate complex vehicle compliance and insurance concepts into intuitive, actionable experiences.
Complex Multi-Source Data
Integration
Synchronizing vehicle data from various conflicting sources while ensuring accuracy and addressing incomplete or mismatched information.
Diverse User Segmentation &Personalization
Create feature access for four user segments: self-policy holders, family policy holders, pending confirmations, and non-policy users, while ensuring consistency.
Real-Time Service Integration &Reliability
Integrating multiple third-party services (Challan, PUC, FASTag, fuel prices) with graceful degradation and meaningful feedback during API failures.

We designed the Motor Club homepage to be a one-stop control center for vehicle owners — keeping them insured, toll-ready, legally compliant, and informed, with minimal effort. The page prioritized critical needs like insurance and compliance first, while lightly driving engagement through utilities like fuel prices

We designed the Motor Club homepage to be a one-stop control center for vehicle owners — keeping them insured, toll-ready, legally compliant, and informed, with minimal effort. AI-Enhanced Dev Workflow




Designed the entire Motor Club in Figma, applying a consistent visual system using Tailwind-based design tokens (colors, spacing, typography).
Fed Claude AI your Figma-to-code output and prompted it to clean, optimize, and align the Tailwind classes with your token system.
Deployed early prototypes and static front-end builds directly to Vercel for rapid sharing and demoing.
Used the Cursor AI coding environment to edit, refactor, and generate component logic in real-time, based on your Figma design.
Purpose
This AI-powered workflow allowed me to design, build, test, and deliver a near-production prototype with minimal developer dependency.
Why it mattered
It accelerated decision-making for stakeholders, improved design-to-dev accuracy, and proved that a lean team can deliver complex experiences at speed with the right tools.

CS - Motor Club Homepage
We designed the Motor Club homepage to be a one-stop control center for vehicle owners — keeping them insured, toll-ready, legally compliant, and informed, with minimal effort. The page prioritized critical needs like insurance and compliance first, while lightly driving engagement through utilities like fuel prices

Vehicle Insurance and Add-ons
The goal was to create a zero-stress insurance overview — from verifying coverage to taking quick actions in emergencies. Every design decision was backed by real user behavior insights — minimizing taps, reducing information overload, and surfacing the most critical actions first."

Challan Payment
Designed the Challan screen to simplify a frustrating government service by putting users in control: enabling easy discovery, fast payment, and clear post-payment management — even when technical integration with RTO systems was limited

Pollution under control (PUC)
Simplified pollution compliance tracking for users, giving instant PUC status, full transparency, and easy renewal pathways

FASTag
Designed a travel-ready FASTag experience where users feel financially prepared, informed, and confident

AI-Enhanced Dev Workflow
